The Worker Rights Consortium is growing our team in Asia and DC! Please help us find great candidates for these positions:

Please share this listing with anyone who might be interested – we very much appreciate your support in spreading the word about these positions.

Here’s a little more information on each position:

Field Representative - Pakistan

This Field Representative, preferably based in Karachi, will conduct in-depth investigations into worker rights violations, particularly in the garment sector, and build and maintain relationships with workers and with unions and other civil society organizations in Pakistan. They will represent the WRC in Pakistan and play a key role in developing the WRC’s strategy there. This position requires fluent Urdu and proficient English.

Field Research Coordinator for Southeast Asia

The Field Research Coordinator, preferably based in Southeast Asia, will coordinate and support worker rights investigations, primarily in the garment sector, across Southeast Asia, working with our field team in the region. They will write up formal findings and recommendations and conduct other investigative and advocacy tasks as part of efforts to drive change at specific factories and in the garment industry overall.  This position requires the ability to write reports and correspondence in English at a professional level.

Communications and Research Associate

The Communications and Research Associate, working out of the WRC office in Washington, DC, will drive key work on supply chain research, social media and other communications, student engagement, and other areas. This is a great position for someone early in their career.

Thank you so much. Please spread the word – and if you know anyone who’d be a great fit, please let me know!
