The CCC PMEL Subgroup (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning) is excited to share with you some news about the GSF#2 PMEL cycle for 2024.
We are halfway through implementing the Global Strategic Framework#2 we collectively developed and agreed on in December 2020, and it is time for the Mid-Term Review (MTR). For this, we have hired external consultant, INTRAC, to help us. As a part of this review, we ask you to answer https://crm.cleanclothes.org/civicrm/mailing/url?u=10624&qid=287593 this survey by September 25th.
Your answers will help us understand the CCC’s progress so far and how we can work collectively together to better amplify worker voices in the garment and sportswear industry. Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, however, we hope you will take the time to complete these questions since your views are important.

Unlike the other years, we will start the planning cycle a bit earlier; therefore, the process to plan our work for 2024 will take place from September to December 2023. The deadline for submission of the Operational Plan 2024 and Progress 2023 by the Regional Coalitions, WIGs, and the CCC-IO is December 15th. You will all be invited to participate in this process in your regions and the WIGs you are participating in. Also, this time, we invite you to participate in some events to exchange with each other, find synergies and collaborations and learn from actions and campaigns. See below the important dates for these network events. We will send you an invitation once we are closer to the date.
* 26th October, 13.00 - 14.30 CEST: Learning event: FOA – reviewing our impact and outcome of our work on FOA * 14th November: Draft plans ready * 16th November 13.00 - 14.30 CET: GSF in Action: Online exchange of draft 2023 plans in which a representative from all WIGs, RCs and IO will give a short presentation about their plans * 15th December: Deadline for submission of Operational Plans and Progress forms * January 2024: Publication of the Operational Planning 2024 and Progress 2023 report
